Join Julie for a Sound Bath that is a deeply-immersive, full-body experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your mind, body and spirit. The experience begins with lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket, pillow or anything else to make it a comfortable experience. After a few minutes of a meditative focus on the breath, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies using Crystal Singing Bowls, Drums and various Chimes. Listening and feeling these sound vibrations thru the body will lead you into a state of calm and relaxation nurturing physical, mental and energetic well-being.
